In class we had to write a persuasive speech, it had to have something to do about about healthy body strong minds. So I choose " you should add exercise into your weekly routine."
Do you want to work, sleep, think and live better? You should add exercises into your weekly routine. Just by doing a little bit a day is helping you help yourself.
Doing exercise regularly is very important because if you don’t do enough your muscles will become flabby and weak And your joints will be stiff and become easier to injure. Not doing any exercise is as much a health risk as smoking.
Humans are meant to move, by doing exercise it will keep your body fit and healthy. It also reduces the risk of you getting diseases such as cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease. There are many ways to reduce the chance of you getting any of those. All you have to do is around 30 minutes to 1 hour of exercise a day. Now some of you may think that that seems like a lot but it’s not. You are doing exercises everyday just by walking or biking instead of going in the car. lots of people do sports which normally takes around 30minutes to an hour for practice or a game. So just by playing the sport that you like fills in that time where you should be doing exercise.
Doing exercise keeps you healthy and fit but it can improve your appearance and delay the aging process. Most adults may not like the idea of it but everyone ages. And the perfect body website says that there is one natural way to delay the aging process. Exercise they think that if you already do exercises you would have already sampled that slow-down in aging process. And if you have not yet started now is as good as time as any.
Now most of you will know it and it’s true exercise does help your weight. Health24 mentioned that you should do exercises energetically for at least 30 minutes a day.And if you start to work out make sure you do it consistently and keep to your plan. you can’t decide to do it one week then leave it for a month and start again keep doing exercises regularly.
If you really focus and take the time to try anyone can do exercise. wouldn't you rather reduce the risks of getting cancer, high blood pressure and other horrible disease then just be lazy and inactive. like I say doing exercise is helping you help yourself.
